Great directors make serious films about tough topics. Steven Spielberg tackled the horror of the Holocaust in Schindler’s List, Darren Aronofsky showed the dark side of drug addiction in Requiem For A Dream, and Robert Rodriguez showed the death of childhood innocence in The Adventures Of Sharkboy And Lavagirl In 3D.
